Offering physiotherapy at the clinic, Eduado has expertise in well-being
as well as skills in clinical Pilates. He is experienced in both fields.
He also works in an NHS hospital in Essex with a variety of patients,
who have particularly neurological conditions, including patients with
balance issues.

Eduardo makes makes a careful evaluation of each individuals needs and
requirements, and will design a programme that is suitable for individual
patients including bespoke workouts and exercises to do at home. He will
help you lengthen, tone and improve your body to build strength, flexibility
and create better alignment. If you want to have better posture and to
